Dance Introduction:

This course is for those who have never danced flamenco before and want to have their first approach to this art. IF YOU HAVE THIS LEVEL YOU NEED TAKE THE FLAMENCO DANCE INITIATION COURSE.

Beginners:

This course is for those who already had some flamenco classes during some months or even a year and therefore have a minimum of experience with the basic foot tapping technique (zapateado). For students with very little experience, we reccommend to start with technique before doing choreography*.

Intermediate:

This course is for those who have been dancing flamenco for two or three years regularly, and have mastered the basic foot tapping technique. They may possibly already have danced tangos, alegrías or bulerías, or only one of these various styles.

Advanced:

This course is only for those who have been dancing regularly for at least five or six years*. Usually the participants have danced several of the palos, or styles and can catch on quickly to the new steps. They need to have experience dancing tangos, alegrías, soleá por bulerías and bulerías.

*These indications of time are only a suggestion and can vary significantly according to the abilities, age and learning aptitude of each person, as well as to the time each student is willing to invest into practicing. Our experience shows that in case of doubt it is better to choose a lower level.
