Aimed at absolute beginners who want to learn Flamenco and are eager to try out some moves. Students will approach some of the “palos” (flamenco styles) which have easier rhythms, such as “tangos”.

This initiation will take place through different activities: listening to music and learning to recognise the rhythms, accompanying with claps; simple “marcajes”, trying out your first foot techniques and moving your arms and hands in the flamenco way; and best of all: learning how to do a very small choreography with a beginning and a “marcaje” to the rhythm of the music.

With this course you will take your first steps into the world of flamenco, which has become the passion of so many around the world. To participate in this course you don´t need any special shoes or equipment, just comfortable clothes.
